Shipping:  An Atelier pieces are of true atelier make and often made to order.  Processing can be up to 2 weeks but for most orders ship within a 2-5 day window. 

An Atelier offers worldwide shipping.  Please note customs processes and fees vary per country and are set by USPS for each region.  Tracking information for all orders, domestic or international, are issued by email once parcel is dispatched.  Estimated transit times are 2-7 days for domestic orders, 1-3 weeks for international orders.

 

Returns:  Your full satisfaction is of utmost importance at An Atelier.  Returns on unworn and unaltered merchandise are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
